Acceptance of these website terms does not enroll you in a text messaging program. SMS enrollment requires the separate affirmative consent described in the Mobile Terms below.
The Services
The Services are provided “as is” and include PRIORITY FIRST INSURANCE AGENCY LLC’s free information, including insurance quotes and quote ranges, tools, links, and recommendations to help you with insurance-related decisions. Most information provided through the Service is for general informational and educational purposes.
The Services may include third-party insurance products, brokers and carriers, including advertisements, quotes and online purchases. Information may be shared to process requested quotes or coverage as described in our Privacy Policy. Using the Services does not itself authorize SMS from us or third parties. SMS enrollment requires separate, affirmative consent for the named sender and program; consent to our SMS program is not transferred to another business.
We are a licensed insurance agency. Any quotes or ranges provided on the site or over the phone are non-binding. Final premiums are determined by the underwriting insurance company. Availability of insurance products may vary by state and individual circumstances. Any insurance purchased through the Site is subject to the contract terms of the applicable carrier.
Mobile Terms & Conditions
PRIORITY FIRST INSURANCE AGENCY LLC operates the Priority First Insurance service SMS program.
Message types. This program sends appointment reminders and customer support responses only. It does not include promotional text messages.
Enrollment and choice. Enroll by selecting the optional, initially unchecked Service SMS box on our website and submitting the form. Entering a phone number, requesting a quote, purchasing insurance or accepting website terms does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or requesting a quote. You may submit a quote or contact request without SMS consent.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We may send one non-promotional confirmation; no further program messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. We also honor other applicable requests to withdraw consent.

Delivery. Message delivery is subject to your mobile network and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling. SMS consent applies to this sender’s service-message program; it is not transferred to another business.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, including (but not limited to):
- Engaging in illegal activities
- Spreading viruses or malicious code
- Harassing, impersonating, or abusing others
- Delivering spam or collecting data for spam
- Reverse-engineering or hacking the Site
- Misusing or overloading the Site

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
